Through a temporary use agreement, Real Karma takes on the transformation and management of the property, returning it either revalued to the owner or sold to a committed lifestyle buyer — with the full story documented.
The Operational Structure: Each transformation follows a phased process managed entirely by Real Karma:
Phase 1 — Access: A temporary use agreement is signed with the property owner. No purchase required. Real Karma assumes operational responsibility for the transformation period.
Phase 2 — Transformation: Over 12–18 months, Real Karma installs and establishes all self-sufficiency systems — water capture and filtration, solar energy, productive garden, connectivity — and activates a local community network around the property.
Phase 3 — Delivery: The property is handed over to the buyer fully operational, with the Transformation Diary as proof of everything built, installed, and established.
