Real Karma revitalizes premium properties through “mission-driven stays.” Instead of standing empty and losing value, these homes become operational hubs that make a positive impact on the community, managed by trusted professionals.
Property Profile:
We work with high-value properties (villas, country homes, premium assets) whose owners are considering a sale but wish to avoid the friction of multiple agencies and the lack of privacy in the open market.
How it Works:
Each assignment follows a discreet, phased process:
Phase 1 — Activation: A property custody agreement is signed. There is no public listing. Real Karma covers the operational costs of maintenance (utilities, upkeep, security, insurance).
Phase 2 — Residence: A specially selected guest (CEO, founder, digital nomad, or executive) moves into the property. They keep the home in “show-ready” condition while dedicating 30–50 hours per month to local social or environmental impact.
Phase 3 — Transaction: The property is offered exclusively to our private network of potential buyers, who may even take a “Trial Stay” to live in their future home for a few days. The handover includes the Impact Journal, which certifies the property’s social legacy, and new owners are encouraged to continue this work.
